Your account
You are responsible for your account and for what you store with it. Keep your credentials and SSH keys safe, and tell us if you think they were compromised.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant us the permission needed to store, transfer and display it in order to run the service for you and the people you share it with.
Acceptable use
- Do not store content you have no right to store, or content that is illegal.
- Do not attack, overload or probe the service, or try to access other people's data.
- Do not use the service to distribute malware.
Storage and limits
Free accounts include a fixed amount of storage. We may change limits and introduce paid plans, and we will give notice before a change affects existing data.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Keep your own copies of important work; every Nipa clone holds the data you have synced.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Questions go to [email protected].
